Unfortunately, after a reservation is booked, we can no longer extend it. It will be best to make a new reservation.

Sometimes, reservations are routed to the spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, you can reach out to us via our contact form.

If the payment got rejected by your bank, it will be best to get in touch with your bank so they can authorize the payment.

You can check the PNR number on CheckMyTrip. Sometimes the airline company adds a second PNR number for the intern organization. The second PNR will be displayed on Checkmytrip. Some airline companies also offer the possibility to check the PNR on their website.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over this. Some airlines allow to check the reservation, some do not. However, the reservation is still valid as it can be recovered on CheckMyTrip.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to book a reservation with a date of fewer than five days in the future as we need some time to cancel the reservation.

After a booking is made, it's no longer possible to cancel it. Please know that we also had to pay for the reservation and we are unable to refund that as well.

No, you don't have to do anything. If you would like to purchase the full flight, simply let us know within 48 hours and we will help you convert your reservation into a purchased flight. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by us.

Please know that our reservations are valid for at least 48 hours from the time of booking. This means that you should book your reservation a little while before your flight.

Yes. During the booking process, you can click on the "+" icon and add up to five passengers. All passengers will be added on the same reservation.

Our system automatically chooses the best option depending on your route and date. This means there is no possibility to choose the stopover location.

Our service is pretty straight forward and we try to answer as many questions as possible here. In order to keep the costs as low as $14 per passenger, it is unfortunately not possible for us to provide support over phone. But we're happy to assist you by mail.
